Water Wash System

In some cases a further post cleaning maybe required after the pyrolysis process. This mainly applies to the paint and finishing industries, where the removal of all ash and pigments is necessary before placing back onto the production line.
  • Standard or Custom designs
  • Stand alone or complete In-Line Systems
  • Cold or Hot Wash Re-Circulating

The standard water wash system is constructed from box frame tube and angle and channel section and heavy gauge cold rolled steel. The removable grid flooring will withstand a payload of up to 1000 pounds per square foot.

The water wash unit has a built in Auto-Stop facility switching the unit off when not in use. Saves electricity and prolongs the life of the unit. Tough protective casings complete with high-pressure hose and lance. Maximum pressures 120 Bar. Maximum flow 8.3 litres/min.

  • Filtration weir tank separator.
  • Filter unit capacity 1000 litres.
  • Filter throughput 13.5 litres/min.
  • Filtration down to 50 microns.
  • Waste water to surface drain.
  • Ash collected in first weir chamber for weekly clean out.
  • Optional internal lighting available.
  • Pump control by float levels.
  • Waste return pump 240/110 volts.

Specification of Total Recycling System

All water used for the cleaning cycle can be reused when using a closed loop filter system.
The multi-bag units are designed to operate on the most arduous conditions and return water back to the pressure was pump as low as 5 microns.
  • Filter unit capacity 1000 to 10000 litres.
  • Filter throughput 13.5 to 27 litres per minute.
  • Filtration > 5 microns.
Automatic Solid Extraction:
Solids are collected in the general compartment and automatically discharged into a small skip container.
