The Specifications Explained

LOADING CART
Each furnace is supplied with a cart or dolly which can be rolled in and out of the furnace. This allows the operator to load heavier parts using a hoist of forklift thereby reducing operator handling.

CHIMNEY SECTIONS
Three 1 metre sections of double insulated stack are supplied with the  furnace. Additional sections may be required depending on roof height. A roof plate, storm collar and terminal are also provided.

CONTROL BOX
We offer two types; the STANDARD with a manual cycle timer set by the operator or the RATE CONTROLLED automated system which controls the exact time required to clean the parts - no more, no less.

MESH/STAINLESS STEEL LINER

A mild steel expanded mesh protection liner to minimise any damage which might be caused by parts overhanging the cart space. The  stainless steel liner can be fitted for superior protection.

TRIM SKINS
Fitted to the outside of the furnace, trim skins create a cool wall effect for increased health and safety in heat sensitive areas or areas of high personnel traffic.

CHART RECORDER
This 2 pen recorder will give a printed record of the furnace chamber and stack temperatures for the duration of each cycle. This record can help with fault diagnosis and is recommended by Local Authorities.

WATER FILTER
Required if small size impurities are likely to be present in the water supply. Reduces the likelihood of nozzles becoming blocked.

LIME FIGHTER
Hard water areas require this option to prevent limescale build up which unless prevented would eventually cause water nozzles to become blocked. In hard water areas this is an essential option.

WATER PRESSURE KIT
For the water system to work at its best a minimum pressure of 2.7bar is required under flow conditions. As the water pressure kit only requires one connection it can be installed quickly. The kit includes an approved A-GAP tank, a pump and a 5 litre pressure vessel with pressure switch to ensure that the pump only operates when required.

COMMISSIONING
On completion of installation by the customer, one of our engineers will visit the site and commission the unit. Operator training will be performed at the same time.

RIGHT OR LEFT HANDED

All furnace models can be made with the control panel and other controls on the left or right side of the furnace. This is especially relevant when positioning the furnace near a side wall.

PLEASE NOTE : All of the above options can be fitted at additional cost if not fitted as standard
